Who you're dealing with

HedgeLock ("we", "us") is operated by the operator of HedgeLock (operating entity to be designated). The formal operating entity will be designated and published here before paid subscriptions are offered outside the invite-only beta; continuing to use the site after that update means the updated terms apply.

Informational tool only

HedgeLock is an informational and educational tool. Nothing on this site is financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any particular wager. The calculators perform arithmetic on numbers you enter; the decisions — and the bets — are entirely yours.

You are responsible for compliance

Online sports betting is regulated state by state. You are solely responsible for confirming that sports betting is legal where you are located, that you meet the minimum age requirement (18+ or 21+ depending on jurisdiction), and that your use of any sportsbook or exchange complies with its terms of service.

Promotional offers listed here are curated by hand and can change or end without notice. Always verify the live terms on the sportsbook's own promo page before staking money. The 'last verified' date on each promo tells you when we last checked.

No guarantee of profit

Matched betting substantially reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. Mistakes in execution (wrong market, wrong stake, unmatched lay bets), odds moving between placing your two bets, voided bets, or sportsbook rule quirks can all produce losses. 'Estimated locked profit' figures are estimates based on typical extraction rates, not promises.

Sportsbooks may limit promo-focused accounts

Sportsbooks are private businesses and may restrict, limit, or close accounts that primarily use promotions — this practice is commonly called 'gubbing'. It is a real trade-off of matched betting, and we would rather tell you that plainly than have you find out by surprise.

Billing

Paid membership is available two ways, both handled by Stripe: a monthly HedgeLock Plus subscription, or a one-time Founding Member purchase that grants lifetime access to the same features. We store no card details on our servers — payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

Prices are shown before checkout and can change for future billing periods with notice; a price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for, and never applies to a completed Founding Member purchase.

Cancellation & refunds — HedgeLock Plus (monthly)

Cancel anytime, self-service: Account → Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and the next renewal simply doesn't happen. No emails to write, no one to convince.

We don't offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period you've started. The exceptions, which we honor promptly: billing errors, duplicate charges, refunds required by applicable law, and refunds we choose to approve at our discretion — if something about a charge feels wrong, email support@hedgelock.app and we'll look at it like humans.

Refunds — Founding Member (one-time)

The Founding Member purchase permanently locks lifetime access at a fraction of its ongoing value, and for that reason it is final from the moment of purchase — there is no refund window. Please be certain before you buy; the monthly plan exists precisely so you can try everything first with the freedom to cancel.

The same honest exceptions apply as everywhere else: a duplicate charge, a billing error, or anything applicable law requires us to refund will always be made right — email support@hedgelock.app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: HedgeLock is provided as-is, we are not liable for wagering losses, sportsbook account restrictions, missed or expired promotions, or decisions made using the information and calculations on this site; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
